On my phone on the 3 network I have set up e-mailing so it works in the same way as Text Messaging. I just select a contact, write the message and do the attachment and then send. Alternatively I can take a clip and then turn it into a message

Most smartish phones can do email. This is a Google Blog and currently sms to blog is not supported in the UK. Third parties exist to do this but is it really necessary?
